TNT MOBILE SERVICES
Founded in 2004 by Tony and Tanja Sallee, TNT Mobile Services began as a small, family-owned business with a vision for quality and reliability. Tony’s journey started at just 16 when he joined the U.S. Army National Guard, training as a heavy-duty mechanic and generator electrician. After his service, he gained hands-on experience working for various semi-truck companies before joining Bay City Electric.
With over a decade in the industry, Tony and Tanja saw an opportunity to build something of their own—offering not just expert mechanical services but also the flexibility and freedom of business ownership. What started as a one-man operation in a 1999 pickup truck soon grew into a thriving family business.
As their sons, Charlie and Hunter, joined the team, TNT Mobile Services expanded from small repair jobs to securing major contracts with Golden Acorn Casino, Mountain Empire School District, and more. Today, TNT Mobile Services is a trusted provider of emergency repair services for CAL FIRE, the U.S. Forest Service, and anyone in need of reliable mobile repairs throughout San Diego County.

Our Working Family
THOMAS SALLEE
“Tony”
Tony started his mechanic journey in the Army at 16 years old fixing diesel engines in tanks and other equipment. After leaving the service, Tony worked at Cummins Engine Company, Bay City Electric Works, and Freightliner Trucks. Now Tony focuses all of his attention on being TNT’s CEO and Master Mechanic, running TNT through his shop in Campo and providing mobile repairs when needed. Tony’s fully outfitted mobile repair truck allows him to provide services throughout California. In his off-time, Tony loves to fish and enjoy his porch.
ANTHONY SALLEE
“Hunter”
Hunter has worked on and off with TNT since he was a teenager. Other jobs Hunter has held include being a Potrero Park Ranger, he was a laborer with Shelby and Sons Concrete Finishers, a laborer at HHS construction, a waste management specialist with Gorilla Services Industry. After a 2 year break relaxing in San Luis Obispo, Hunter has fully shifted his attention to running TNT Mobile Services with the family. Like Tony, Hunter also has a fully outfitted mobile repair truck, allowing him to provide services throughout the entire state of California. He’s a master mechanic and his social skills help the company flourish. In his off-time, Hunter loves binge watching Netflix and going metal detecting. He’s also welcoming a new child into the family with his wife Natalie Cook.
NANCIE SALLEE
“Tanja”
Tanja has been with Tony since they were in high school. Jobs she held before running TNT with Tony included being a Lake Morena Park Ranger and working at the Rancho Del Campo Boys Juvenile Camp. Ever since they started TNT, Tanja has been the CEO, CFO, and Secretary for the company. She credits her secretarial skills to the secretary class she took at Mountain Empire High School and boy has it come in handy! Tanja’s main focus with TNT nowadays is maintaining contracts, being the accountant, and communicating with customers on a daily basis. She also maintains the family household, which in itself, is also a full time job. In her off-time, Tanja loves to enjoy her porch with Tony and go on long walks around their property.
CHARLIE SALLEE
“Charlie”
Similar to Hunter, Charlie has worked with the company on and off since he was a teenager. While attending San Diego State University, Charlie continued to work for TNT whenever time permitted. He also studied Business Management to learn ways to improve the family business. After graduating from SDSU, he worked full time at Bird Rock Systems as a Marketing Associate and part time at TNT. Charlie decided to chase his dream of becoming a helicopter pilot and is now working on earning his wings of gold as a Naval Aviator in the United States Navy. He still provides help to the family business by helping Nancie with contracts and accounting. In his offtime, Charlie likes to run on the beach and surf.
